Office Desk Phone not receving calls

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot desk phone issues

  1. Check for Internet access on your PC 
  2. Check to make sure all cables are plugged in securely 
  3. Unplug the power and\or network cable from the back of the phone to power it down.  After 30 seconds plug it back in to power up the device.
If the issue persists please open a ticket.
